Important dates for Participants
- From now on: Send your company logo and URL to link to in order to appear on the Smart Agrifood Summit website, in the Participants section.
- 8 September: Deadline for payment of all stand and contracted services.
- Before 15th September: Sending of the final artwork of the graphic elements of your stand.
- 27th of September: Day of receipt of exhibitors' merchandise. The shipment of stand merchandise must be scheduled by the exhibitor for this date. The organisation will deposit it at the stand.
- 28th September: Stand set-up day by the exhibitor during uninterrupted hours from 8:30am to 9:30pm.
- 29 and 30 September: Smart Agrifood Summit.
- 30th September and 1st October: Dismantling days.
- Dismantling times: Friday 30 September, from 15.30h to 21.30h and Saturday 1 October, from 8:30h to 15:00h.

Shipment and Collection of Goods
The shipment of merchandise must be scheduled to be delivered to FYCMA on September 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Goods collection may take place on October 1st from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on October 2nd from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The collection of this merchandise must be managed by the exhibitor.
