Access passes, agenda and networking lunch:
- Once the contract has been made, the free codes corresponding to the passes included in the different participation formats will be sent by email. These codes must be entered in the registration form by the people who are going to make use of it.
Program & Content:
- The entity participating in the content program may suggest topics and speakers, but the organization of Smart Agrifood Summit reserves the final right of decision based on the strategic objectives of the Summit for the 2021 edition.
Stand:
- The graphics designs for the customization of the stand must be sent by the exhibiting entity to the Smart Agrifood Summit organization within the established deadline.
Agrifood Live:
- Live program located at the heart of the event which follows all the activity through interviews and connections from the different areas of activity of the fair.
Corporate video:
- The promotional video reproduced during the broadcast of the Agrifood live program must be sent by the entity to the event organization.
